Larry Wigton, Auctioneer / Broker, is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association and the National Realtors Association. Larry is a graduate of the Reppert School of Auctioneering, The Ohio State University, Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and is an AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate).
Larry has served on many different boards and committees in the community and served in Vietnam in 1968 and ‘69 with the 196th Light Infantry Brigade.

Wes Wigton, a second generation Auctioneer and Realtor, joined the business full time in 2008. Wes attained his Real Estate license in 2010 and is available for all of your real estate needs. Wes is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association and is a graduate of the Reppert School of Auctioneering.

Collin Howard, Auctioneer/Realtor joined our company in January 2018. Collin has been a licensed Realtor since 2014 and obtained his Auctioneers license in 2015 from the Walton School of Auctioneering. Since his introduction to the marketplace, Collin has been helping clients with their Auction and Real Estate needs all around Central Ohio.
We offer a wide variety of professional services for your Ohio Farm Auction, Land Auction, residential real estate or personal property auction with experienced auctioneers, cashiers, clerks, and set up crew. Our mobile office provides the auction staff with an efficient, secure location from which to work and keep the crowd from infringing on the privacy of your home, office, or garage. We also offer support services such as concessions, tents, and portable restrooms.
We are experienced in conducting auctions for the trustees of courts, executors, attorneys, investors, realtors, for financial institutions, and are recognized in Central Ohio for “GETTING IT SOLD!” We are insured, licensed, and bonded by the State of Ohio.
